Keybinds
Keybinds is a function that gives you the possibility to cover the in-game communication commands that the game can't effort. It's recommended not to use/have keybinds that the game can provide itself by already existing in-game commands.
Raven Shield
- Type preferences in the console.
- Select Advanced settings -> Raw key bindings
- Type teamsay the text you want next to the selected key
- Close the window, and you are done.
It can be done by editing the .ini-file also.
Useful keybinds Enemy heard COMPROMISED... FRAG, TAKE COVER Door/window open... I am injured Stand by for go [pull grenade pins] Scoped gun over here now - take out the enemy... Holding and securing my sector
Directions can be a useful appendix to some of the above-mentioned binds: ...front ...rear ...left ...right ...up ...down
Don't bind the "Reload" command to the reload button. The point is that u ask for cover before you actually reload -- not as you reload. "Drawing pistol", "Pulling grenade", "Out for lunch" etc is rather useless info for your team mates.
SWAT 4: TSS
- Go to
C:\Program Files\Sierra\SWAT 4\ContentExpansion\System\User.ini - Then find the key you want to bind, i.e. NumPad0=TEAMSAY Runner!
Useful keybinds
- Enemy Spotted
- Enemy Down
- Civilian Contact!
- Runner
- Contact Aduible!
- Door open!
- Rear Guard
- Rear Guard cover this and HOLD
- As an element
- Red 1
- Red 2
- Red 4
- Red 5
- Red 1 + Red 2
- Red 4+ Red 5
Please notice: Keybinds like “Reloading, Provide Cover” is useless, because you should ask for cover, wait until someone is covering you, and THEN reload.
Warning: Don’t edit ANYTHING after [SwatGui.SwatInputReset].
Hint: An easy way to make keybinds in SWAT 4 is to download Sw4t Colorizer.[1]
